Glenn McCallum

Glenn McCallum is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network operations and cloud engineering. Currently serving as the Infrastructure Technical Lead at Westpac since October 2022, Glenn previously held the position of GCP Cloud Engineer at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, where responsibilities included writing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and building infrastructure for various projects. Prior to that, Glenn spent over seven years at Telstra as a Senior Technical Engineer and Team Lead in the Network Operations Centre, managing over 75 customer networks across various sectors. Earlier roles at IBM involved proactive network management and client support, and previous positions at Ceruelan/IBM and Logicalis focused on the maintenance and resolution of issues for Cisco communication systems. Glenn holds a degree in Information Systems from Australian Catholic University.
