Grace Yen

Grace Yen is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Westpac, Grace focuses on credit risk management and data governance. Prior experience includes a role as a Risk Specialist at the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, where strategic insights into the banking industry were provided. Prior to that, Grace worked at Commonwealth Bank in various capacities from Corporate Analyst to Senior Manager, implementing initiatives related to regulatory and market risk. At ASX, responsibilities included monitoring and reporting market risks, while at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, credit risk models were developed. Grace holds a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney.
