Jenn Boon

Jenn Boon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking and operations, currently serving as the Business and Operations Manager for Indigenous Banking at Westpac since October 2015. In this role, Jenn Boon supports the Indigenous Banking operating rhythms while aligning with the Group’s strategic agenda and RAP commitments to enhance outcomes for First Nations customers. Previous positions at Westpac include roles as Product Manager for Delivery Capability & Experience and Manager of Optimisation, where Jenn Boon focused on simplifying and digitising processes. Earlier experience includes managerial roles at National Australia Bank and a small business ownership at The Juice Bar. Jenn Boon holds a Certificate IV in Small Business Management from South Regional Tafe, obtained between 2005 and 2006.
