Jessica Doyle is an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Westpac since April 2014, specializing in technology and national HR initiatives related to remuneration, culture, talent, and engagement. Following the transition to an Agile HR Model in August 2019, Jessica has focused on delivering best practice tools and processes for talent and succession planning and managing quarterly culture survey action plans. Prior to this specialization, Jessica supported transformation projects, led consumer bank remuneration reviews, and promoted inclusion and diversity initiatives. Previous roles include HR Business Partner in NSW and ACT, and HR Business Partner in Queensland, complemented by earlier HR managerial experience at Save Britain Money Group where significant organizational growth was achieved. Jessica holds a CIPD degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Swansea University.
