Kate Pepper has extensive experience in digital strategy and engagement, currently serving as the Head of Digital Strategy, Planning and Engagement at Westpac since January 2018. Kate has held the position of Director of Digital Self Service and Experience at Westpac Group since December 2014. Prior to this, Kate was the Head of Digital Channels at Vodafone Australia and served in various leadership roles at Vodafone Hutchison Australia and Hutchison 3G. Kate's career in the telecommunications sector began in 2004 as Senior Category Manager at 3 Mobile. Academically, Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of NSW, and a Law degree (LLB) from the University of Technology Sydney.
