Richard Chiu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Westpac, spanning from October 1990 to the present. Currently serving as Principal Service Manager, Richard is responsible for implementing and managing Infrastructure and Service Management frameworks to ensure high standards of operational governance and data-driven decision-making. Previously, Richard held various leadership roles, including Program Manager for Infrastructure Transition and multiple Head of PMO positions, leading significant transformation initiatives such as the Infrastructure Transformation Program and the re-platforming of the Group Data Warehouse. Richard's background also includes senior roles in measurement and process management, where comprehensive frameworks for performance, governance, and efficiency were developed. An academic foundation in statistics was established with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Sydney, supplemented by education at the University of Western Sydney and PM Partners.
