Susannah (Sue) Wood is an esteemed executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and leadership within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Digital at Westpac Institutional Bank, Susannah leads the bank’s digital strategy and transformation efforts. Prior to this role, establishing a strong foundation in digital transformation at Commonwealth Bank, Susannah held various positions including Managing Director for IB&M Digital Transformation and Executive Director roles overseeing digital sales and delivery. Susannah's career also includes significant roles at Deutsche Bank, Citi, and Goldman Sachs, where expertise spanned electronic trading solutions and algorithmic product development. Susannah holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Management with First Class Honours from UCL.
