Dave Garner

Dave Garner is an experienced engineering professional with a robust career spanning several decades in renewable energy and project management. Garner launched a significant tenure at Rockwell Automation as a Project Engineer, focusing on hardware design, before progressing to various leadership roles in the solar energy sector, including Project Development Engineer at Johnson Controls and Director at H&H Solar Energy Services. As President of David A Garner Engineering, INC., and later as Project Executive for Westphal & Company, Inc., Garner has demonstrated expertise in solar project management and strategy development. Notably, as Technical Team Leader at WellIntel, Inc., Garner spearheaded the launch of an innovative groundwater information system. Garner holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and is currently retired, having stepped away from full-time work in 2023.
