Ron Thielen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ron started their career at Westphal & Company, Inc. in 1984, where they held the position of Vice President until present. In this role, they served as an Estimator/Project Manager. In 2004, they joined Maquoketa Valley Electric Cooperative as President. Ron currently holds the position of Governor at Iowa NECA (National Electrical Contractors Association) since 2022.
Ron Thielen completed their education from 2004 to 2022 at NRECA, where they earned a Director Gold Leadership Certificate in CO-OP Business.
