Michael Etra has over 30 years of experience in the fashion industry. Michael started their career in 1989 as the President of Etra Handbags, where they focused on brand recognition and developed a specialized factory for production. In 2001, they became the Vice President at Steve Madden, where they refocused the license and achieved significant sales increase. Michael then worked as the Executive Vice President at Westport Corporation in 2006, where they built the handbag division and oversaw brand development. In 2012, they joined Juicy Couture as the Sales Director for handbags and Senior Director for product development. Michael was recruited by the CEO to refocus and overhaul the Handbag and SLG business. Their most recent role was as the Managing Partner at Laurel Dewitt Accessories, which they started in 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Factory Representative at Rongson handbag and wallet factory.
