Alessandro Marchini

Alessandro Marchini has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Alessandro began their career as an Assistant HR Manager at Marzotto Group in 1987 before moving to API Vicenza as an HR Specialist. In 1990, they joined FIAMM as an HR Director, where they stayed until 1999. From 1999 to 2014, they worked at GSK as the VP of HR and Communication. In 2015, Alessandro Marchini transitioned to Westport Fuel Systems, where they held various roles including Senior HR Director for the Automotive and Industrial Group and currently serves as the VP of HR for the Automotive Group, based in Italy. Alessandro'sresponsibilities at Westport Fuel Systems include overseeing HR operations in Italy, Europe, the USA, Asia Pacific, and Latina.

Alessandro Marchini graduated from Università degli Studi di Padova in 1986 with a degree in Political Science.
