Phil Hodge

Phil Hodge currently serves as the President, CEO, and Director of Pine Cliff Energy Ltd. since January 2012. Hodge is also a Board Governor for the Explorers and Producers Association of Canada (EPAC) and a Director at Westport Innovations, both roles taken on in 2020 and 2022, respectively. In early 2023, Hodge participated as a panelist for the Premier's Advisory Council on Alberta's Energy Future, contributing to a strategic report focused on the province's energy sector. Previous experience includes significant leadership roles at Westport Fuel Systems, Penn West Exploration, and Mackie Research Capital Corporation, alongside various executive roles at Westport Innovations. Hodge holds an LLB and a B Comm from the University of Alberta.
