Garth O'Leary

Garth O'Leary has extensive experience in business management and improvement, currently serving as Group Manager Client Solutions at WesTrac Cat since October 2016, where previous roles included Group Business Manager and Business Unit Manager. Prior to this, Garth worked at Cloonmore Pty Ltd from February 2011 to October 2016 as General Manager Business Improvement, providing consultancy services to major mining and energy companies such as BHPBIO and Woodside. Garth's career began at WesTrac in various roles from 2002, including 6Sigma Blackbelt and Reliability Engineer, with a brief period as a Business Improvement Specialist at Improvement Partners and as Strategic Project Manager at WesTrac. Garth is an alumnus of La Salle College.
