Holly Williams, PHRca, serves as the Human Resource Manager at Western Sierra Medical Clinic since January 2022. Previously, Holly held the position of Human Resources Manager at Lake Wildwood Association from April 2017 to June 2022, and at Milgard Manufacturing from October 2004 to November 2008. Additional experience includes roles as HR/Office Manager at Colantuono, Highsmith & Whatley, PC, Senior Human Resource Assistant at Sutter Health, and Executive Team Leader, Human Resources at Target. Holly's career in human resources began with the role of Operations Manager at Gottschalks, spanning from 1994 to 2002. Holly earned a BA in Public Administration from California State University, Chico, between 1984 and 1989, and attended Nevada Union HS from 1980 to 1984.
