Jessica Lance, CPA has extensive work experience in financial consulting and leadership roles. Jessica is the owner and consultant of Jessica Lance Financial Consulting, LLC since 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Western Sierra Medical Clinic from 2019 to present. In this role, they were responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, and leading a team of financial professionals. Previously, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Northern Nevada HOPES from 2013 to 2019, where they contributed to the organization's growth and expansion. Jessica Lance has a proven track record of identifying and presenting financial metrics and recommendations to executive teams and board members.
