Kimberly Edwards

Kimberly Edwards is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client experience and management within the telecommunications and coffee industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Experience at Westrock Coffee Company since August 2020, Kimberly has held various roles including Director and Client Experience Manager. Prior to this, experience includes a Staff Manager position at Windstream and multiple roles at AT&T, where responsibilities involved analyzing business requirements and applying call center methodologies. Kimberly began her career at Alltel Wireless, where leadership was provided to national account clients and operational teams. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas.
