Anthony Thomas

Anthony Thomas is a seasoned labor relations professional with extensive experience in leading labor relations functions across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director at WestRock Company since June 2020, Anthony oversees labor relations strategy and execution for the U.S. and Canada, managing a team of nine professionals. Previous roles include Labor Relations Leader at NCR Corporation, where strategic organizational effectiveness initiatives were developed and executed, and Director of Labor Relations at Graphic Packaging International, where labor strategies aligned with corporate goals. Anthony’s career also encompasses significant roles at Elementis, Arkema, and American Water, demonstrating a strong track record in HR management and labor negotiations. Anthony holds a B.S. in Psychology from Castleton University and a Master's degree in HR from Norwich University.
