Kent Stenberg

Kent Stenberg has extensive experience in the manufacturing and paper production sectors, currently serving as General Manager at Smurfit Westrock since July 2024 and previously at WestRock Company since January 2007. Stenberg's roles have spanned various managerial positions, including Mill Manager and Engineering Manager, overseeing the operations of a multi-paper machine facility, managing safety and quality standards, and leading capital improvement projects. Prior to WestRock, Stenberg was a Purchasing Manager at RockTenn, where responsibilities included managing a procurement department with significant operating budgets. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
