Terry Madden

Terry Madden is an experienced Quality Manager with a career spanning over three decades in various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Quality Manager at WestRock Company since March 2024, Terry has also held the same title at Exide Technologies since 2012 and previously at Berry Plastics. Additional roles include Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at Rheem Manufacturing and Trane Company, as well as Quality Manager positions at Rockline Industries and GenCorp. Terry began a professional journey at Whirlpool Corporation as a Senior Quality Engineer. Terry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Microbiology from the University of Arkansas.
