Michele Shillington

Michele Shillington has extensive experience in property management and leasing, currently serving as a Community Manager and Leasing Specialist at Westrum Development Company since August 2023. Previous roles include Leasing Consultant at Madison Apartment Group, where Michele managed apartment leases in a luxury high-rise and organized resident events, as well as positions at MPA and Hampton, where leasing and sales coordination responsibilities were prominent. Michele's earlier career includes roles as a Leasing Agent/Property Manager at Blackstone Development LLC, where property management for Temple University students was key, and as a Client Services Representative at Ark By Korman, providing customer service and managing property-related tasks. Michele also has experience in child care and customer service from earlier positions and holds a high school diploma from Saint Basil Academy.
