April Bridwell

April Bridwell has extensive experience in education, having served in various roles within the Westside Community Schools since June 1993. Currently, April holds the title of 6th Grade Team Leader with responsibilities that include ELA Toolbox, Math Toolbox, wellness initiatives, and technology integration. Previous positions include 6th Grade Teacher at Swanson Elementary School and 5th and 6th Grade roles at multiple elementary schools. April is involved in numerous committees such as Westside Wellness, Safety Patrol, and Student Council, demonstrating a commitment to student engagement and community involvement. Academically, April holds advanced degrees in Elementary Education and Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Doane University, further enhancing expertise in the field.
