Brian Gelt

Brian Gelt has extensive work experience in the construction and real estate industry. Brian started their career in 2002 as a Project Engineer at Lusardi Construction Company. In 2003, they joined Jackson Pendo Development as an Assistant Project Manager and stayed with the company until 2007. Brian then worked as a Project Manager at Williams Homes from April 2007 to October 2007. From December 2007 to July 2008, they worked as a Project Manager at Opal Capital Partners. In 2008, they joined Dale Poe Real Estate Group as a Project Manager until July 2009. Since 2011, they have held senior roles as EVP Construction at Westside Contractors and as a Managing Partner and EVP of Development & Construction at Canfield Development Inc.

Brian Gelt attended the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate Development. Prior to that, they studied at San Diego State University from 1999 to 2002. Brian also holds additional certifications, including a California Real Estate Broker's License from the California Department of Real Estate and a General Contractor's "B" License from the Contractors State License Board.
