Mariana Aguirre is experienced in various roles within the fields of nutrition, education, and business management. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Mariana has also held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, covering applied mathematics and food history. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
