Charles Forde

Charles Forde is a seasoned professional in real estate finance and asset management, currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Project Finance and Asset Management at Westside Future Fund since January 2021. In this role, responsibilities include underwriting properties, preparing investment documentation, and conducting financial analysis. Prior to this, Charles held various positions within the Atlanta Housing Authority, including Development Executive and Finance Project Manager, where skills in budget management and financial compliance were honed. Additionally, Charles leads Forde Fotog LLC as Chief Photographer, delivering high-quality photography for notable clients. A graduate of Morehouse College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Charles's extensive background encompasses significant roles in finance across multiple organizations, demonstrating a strong blend of financial acumen and creative expertise.
