Bikash Behera

Bikash Behera currently serves as the Business Unit Head for Westside at Trent Ltd since November 2024, managing a top store with an annual business of over 35 crore and driving consistent year-over-year sales growth by enhancing store execution and customer experiences. Prior to this role, Bikash was a Senior Store Manager at Reliance Retail from March 2022 to December 2024, bringing seven years of store management and human resources experience. Previous positions include Store Manager at Future Retail India Limited (Big Bazaar) from December 2018 to March 2022 and at Reliance Retail from August 2017 to December 2018, as well as Department Manager at Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited from November 2015 to August 2017, where record performance was achieved in managing a 23,000 square foot store. Bikash holds an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a BA in Economics from Utkal University of Culture.
