Pratiksha Sharma

Pratiksha Sharma currently serves as a Regional Human Resource Officer at Trent Ltd since July 2024, where responsibilities include leading and managing end-to-end HR activities and collaborating with regional business heads to implement effective people practices. Previously, Pratiksha worked as a Human Resources Executive at California Burrito from July 2022 to June 2024, focusing on designing compensation and benefits packages and developing HR policies. Pratiksha gained experience as a Talent Partner Intern at Home Credit India in mid-2022, and also completed a management internship as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with VMS Events in early 2020. Pratiksha holds an MBA in HRM and marketing from St Xavier's College Bangalore (2020-2022) and a BBA in Marketing from Jyoti Nivas College (2017-2020).
