Scott Manchee

Scott Manchee has a strong background in information technology, primarily within the banking industry. Scott began their career as the VP/IT Manager at Alaska Pacific Bank in 1999, where they were responsible for managing and maintaining all technology systems for the bank. Scott continued in this role until 2010 when they joined the State of Alaska Department of Revenue as the Departmental IT Manager. After a year, they returned to Alaska Pacific Bank as the SVP/IT Manager, a position they held until 2014. In this role, they oversaw the bank's PC network, communications, telecommunications, email, and internet systems, as well as managed the IT budget. Scott then joined Northrim Bank as the IT Systems & Network Manager, where they were responsible for the bank's in-house systems. Finally, in 2015, they became the Vice President of Information Technology at WestStar Credit Union.

Scott Manchee earned an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Alaska Southeast. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in CISSP from (ISC)² in July 2014. No further information is provided regarding their education history.
