Cathy Tubb

Cathy Tubb is an experienced underwriting professional currently serving as Underwriting Manager at Weststar Mortgage Corporation since April 2021. Prior to this role, Cathy held a Sr. Underwriter position at First National Bank of Middle Tennessee from June 2015, after serving as Senior Underwriter at Midwest Mortgage Capital LLC and Vice President of Underwriting/Operations at First National Bank of McMinnville, where significant changes included transitioning from a brokerage to a correspondent model.
