Lukasz Nowak

Lukasz Nowak has extensive work experience in operations and logistics management. Lukasz is currently working as the Head of Operations at Westwing. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Faurecia, including Division Production Control & Logistic Manager and PC&L Manager/Deputy Plant Manager. Before Faurecia, they served as the Operations Manager/Plant Manager at Axxor Group and Operations Manager/Site Manager at Sapa. Lukasz started their career at Thule, where they held multiple roles, including Operations Manager/Site Manager, Production Manager, Logistics Manager, and Logistics Specialist.

Lukasz Nowak attended Poznan School of Logistics from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics. Lukasz then pursued further education at the same institution, completing a Master's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from 2004 to 2006. In 2017, Lukasz enrolled at Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development and completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program in 2019.
