Marcin Kućmierz

Marcin Kućmierz is an experienced leader in e-commerce and supply chain management, currently serving as Managing Director CEE at Westwing since May 2015, where oversight of local functions and a global shared service center has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and talent development across CEE markets. Before this role, Marcin held various significant positions at Westwing, including Logistics Director CEE, Head of Logistics, and Warehouse Manager, where achievements included unifying logistics operations, implementing KPI-driven frameworks, and optimizing warehouse strategies. Marcin's earlier career includes impactful roles at Fiege as Facility and Purchasing Manager and at PepsiCo, where leadership of large teams in production and warehouse operations honed exceptional skills in resource management and operational efficiency. Marcin holds an MBA from Kozminski University, completed in 2020.
