Dianne Dekoning

Dianne DeKoning is an experienced program manager and pastor with a diverse background in ministry and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Program Manager at Open Hands Foundation since 2018, Dianne has also held significant roles at Westwood Community Church, including Pastor of Adult Ministry Initiatives and Pastor of Student Ministry for grades 6-8 since January 2010. Previous experience includes serving as Camp Registrar and Admin Support at Family Fest Ministries, Volunteer Director at PRISM, Youth Associate at Faith Church, and Director of Youth & Family Ministry at House of Hope Lutheran Church. Dianne holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University and has additional education from Bethel University and Bethel Seminary-St. Paul.
