Rachel Berka, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Westwood Community Church since December 2018. Westwood began in 1995 in an unlikely location. The Chanhassen Dinner Theatre was an unconventional setting that fostered a friendliness that still characterizes Westwood today. In 2003, the church moved to 57 acres of rolling farmland in Chanhassen. People come from all over the Twin Cities and from many faith backgrounds. Whether, like many that visit, you are exploring the Christian faith for the first time or are seeking to deepen an existing relationship with God, you are welcome at Westwood! At all our services the messages present biblical truth in a way that you can apply to your life situation. Community is a vital part of Westwood. You will find many avenues to develop friendships and find support. Our kids and students are a high priority. In partnership with parents, we want our kids and students to know God personally and have their lives shaped by His love and grace. Our Preschool, Children's Ministry (birth-grade 5) and Student Ministry (grades 6-12) are designed to be a great resource for your family.
