Boyd compiled significant acquisition and strategic planning experience during time as Manager of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development and Manager of Planning & Marketing at RigNet. Prior experience includes roles at Houston Angel Network and SMH Private Equity Group as an intern, and various development management positions at FileControl. Boyd holds an MBA from Rice Business and a BA in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
