Scot Kirk has extensive experience in the creative services and audio production industry. Scot began their career at Entercom in 1999, where they served as the Creative Services Director. In this role, they produced effective advertisements and created image and promotional campaigns for the station. Scot also worked as a sound engineer for live on-air performances. In 2002, Scot co-owned Pure Radio and served as the Creative Director. During their time at Pure Radio, they developed and executed audio image, branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns. Scot also managed a team of voice talent. Scot then joined WestwoodOne (formerly Dial Global) in 2004 as the Vice President of Creative Services. In this position, they oversaw a content creation and audio production department, managing a large team and coordinating the creative audio development cycle. In 2010, Scot worked as the Creative Director for Go Radio, where they were responsible for content creation, sound design, and implementing unique and original content for 24/7 audio streams. Scot ensured Go Radio had a modern and relatable radio sound with lifestyle stories and music mixes.

Scot Kirk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications, with a concentration in Audio & Video Production, and a minor in Percussion Performance from Miami University. No specific start or end year for this program is given.
