Chad Grismer

Chad Grismer started their work experience in 2000 as a Civil Engineer at SEH. Chad then worked as a Software Engineer at Navitaire from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Westwood Professional Services as a Senior Project Engineer, where they developed advanced techniques for modeling hydrology and hydraulics for renewable energy projects. Chad also implemented systems to improve CAD collaboration and created workflows to improve data collection in the field. In 2019, they became the Director of Innovative Solutions at Westwood.

Chad Grismer attended South Dakota State University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. No specific field of study for their degree was provided.
