Neil Jost has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Neil started their career as a Server at Cherry Hills Country Club, where they demonstrated leadership skills as a Team Leader in banquet service. Neil then worked as a Groundskeeper at Denver Public Schools, where they managed and maintained the school grounds. Neil also worked part-time as a Stand Manager/Vendor at Adassa Concepts Inc while pursuing their undergraduate degree, where they operated food and refreshment stands and eventually earned the role of stand manager. Neil later joined Personal Attitudes Inc as a Project Manager/Professional Mover, where they provided excellent services in design, project management, and relocation. Currently, Neil works as a Project Engineer at Westwood Professional Services.

Neil Jost completed their education in two stages. First, from 2011 to 2016, they attended Colorado State University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering. Then, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Analytics from the University of Colorado Denver.

In addition to their formal education, Neil also obtained several certifications. In August 2020, they completed the "Introduction to SQL Server" certification from DataCamp. Preceding that, in July 2020, they obtained the "Joining Data in SQL" certification. Neil also completed the "Introduction to SQL" certification in June 2020 and the "Introduction to R" certification in May 2020, both from DataCamp.
