Tara Tibbetts

Tara Tibbetts is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and strategic partnership. Currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partners at Westwood Professional Services since March 2016, Tara collaborates closely with Division leaders to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives while managing a team of HR Specialists. Previous roles include establishing the HR function at Peloton Land Solutions and managing employee relations at RXpress Management Company. With a career spanning over 17 years, Tara has also held positions at Justin Brands, State National Companies, Trinity Metro, and Tarrant County College, where expertise in benefits administration, employee training, and performance management has been demonstrated. Tara holds a Master of Science in Communication with a focus on Human Relations from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Public Relations, and Business Administration from Carroll College.
