Tracey D. Gothard

Tracey D. Gothard has over 25 years of work experience, starting with Microsoft Corporation in 1995. Tracey D. Gothard held various roles in Microsoft, including Senior Director of Retail Technology Operations, where they led the opening and support of over 150 Microsoft Retail Stores globally. Tracey D. Gothard also served as Chief of Staff in the Microsoft Corporate IT Division, leading strategic planning and managing financial and governance processes. In 2016, Tracey joined Oracle as the Senior Director of Global Data Center Business Services, where they built and managed a global team for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Tracey D. Gothard later worked as a Principal Consultant at Mobile Integration WorkGroup and as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Program Manager at lululemon athletica. In 2020, they became the Principal Delivery Lead with AIM Consulting at Starbucks, focusing on cross-functional service delivery and implementing a master data solution. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Westwood Shipping Lines as the VP of Technology, leading the transformation of technology capabilities for the global logistics and supply chain shipping company. Throughout their career, Tracey has demonstrated expertise in driving strategic alliances, program management, portfolio management, and problem-solving through system thinking.

Tracey D. Gothard holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Tracey D.
