Karan Singh

Karan Singh is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in computer science and research. Currently serving as a Researcher at Weta Digital since January 2020, Karan also co-founded JALI Research Inc. in July 2017 and JanusVR in July 2014, working on innovative projects in immersive technology. Additionally, Karan has been a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Toronto since January 2002. The career began as a Researcher at Alias|Wavefront from 1995 to 1999. Karan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the same institution.
