Kathy Gruzas

As Chief Information Officer, Kathy has overall responsibility for Weta Digital's IT.

Kathy steers the course of Weta Digital's total IT infrastructure—balancing the requirements for cutting edge equipment and technologies with the huge workload demands and reliability needed to hit film release dates.

Kathy has over 21 years of technical and managerial experience, including working at Animal Logic in Sydney. She was first made IT Director for EHS Brann Euro RCG, a UK-based group of companies, aged 26. She is working towards a Masters of Business and Technology at the Australian School of Business.
