Candice Knipe-Tlhotlhalemajoe serves as the Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at Wetback Contracts (PTY) Ltd since August 2023, overseeing stakeholder management, community engagement, corporate social responsibility, employee engagement initiatives, BBBEE compliance, and media relations. Previously, Candice held the position of Group Marketing and Sustainability Manager at The Building Company, focusing on brand reputation and strategic stakeholder relations. Earlier roles include Marketing & CSI Manager at Matus and Trade Marketing Manager at OSRAM, among others. Candice possesses a strong educational background in sustainability and business management, including a degree in Sustainability Business Management from the University of Cambridge and multiple certifications related to ESG and project management.
