Cary Hulse has extensive experience in urban forestry and conservation planning, holding key positions at Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. (WSSI), a Davey Tree Company, and Davey Resource Group since October 2003. As Manager of Urban Forestry and Senior Urban Forester at WSSI, Cary leads tree preservation consulting and planning for development projects. In the role of Conservation Planner for Land Development Solutions, Cary specializes in tree preservation planning, creating construction drawings to support permitting processes. Additionally, Cary served as Team Leader for the Mid Atlantic Natural Resource Consulting team, focusing on tree preservation for land development. Previous experience includes time at The Care of Trees and as a Resource Conservationist at the Pike County Conservation District, with early career work as a Forest Technician for the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Cary holds an A.A.S. degree in Forest Technology from Paul Smith's College.
