Michael Bowser

Michael Bowser, MGIS, GISP, is an experienced GIS professional with a strong background in geographic information systems and technology management. Currently serving as Manager – Technology at Wetland Studies and Solutions, Inc. since October 2013, Michael has a history of roles that include GIS Technician positions at Gibson-Thomas Engineering Company and Carnegie Museum of Natural History, where contributions included developing GIS techniques for utility mapping, managing research projects, and creating detailed geodatabases. Michael's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a GIS Option from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, complemented by a Python Programming Certificate from Cornell University.
