Johnny Slack

Johnny Slack is an accomplished technology leader and creative developer with extensive experience in digital media and programming. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Hello Monday since September 2022, Johnny also holds the position of Director of Creative Development at WeTransfer since April 2021. As a freelance WebGL developer since July 2016, Johnny specializes in 3D creative programming using threejs/webgl. In addition, Johnny has been a partner and creative technologist at Cartelle, a digital creative studio based in Amsterdam, since February 2009. Johnny's previous roles include Technical Director at Hello Monday and Senior Creative Developer at AKQA, where significant contributions were made to projects for major brands like Nike and X-Box. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Graphics Technology from Purdue University, earned from 2001 to 2005.
