Alex Dagge

Alex Dagge has had a varied and successful career in talent acquisition. In 2021, they began working as Talent Acquisition Manager for WeTravel and Talent Acquisition for Vinted/Kleiderkreisel. In 2020, they worked as an HR Director for EMG - Elements Management Group. In 2019, they worked as Talent Acquisition Manager for OYO UK and Lead Sourcing Specialist for William Hill. In 2018, they worked as Talent Acquisition Head for Tracr. In 2017, they worked as Head of European Recruitment for Mobike and in 2016, they worked as an Offshore Executive Recruitment for CML Recruitment. Finally, from 2012 to 2015, they worked as Managing Partner for Manpower Inc. During this time, they were responsible for introducing candidates to clients in China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia and was one of three managing partners awarded the most profitable (per headcount) of all the Manpower Inc divisions in the whole of Asia in 2015.

Alex Dagge completed a Law Degree with Hons from the University of Buckingham between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they obtained A'levels in Economics, Politics, Business Studies, and General Studies from Aylesbury Grammar School between 1990 and 1992. Alex also earned 12 GCSE's from Royal Latin Grammar School between 1986 and 1990.
