Sandra Scholman has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2005 with a role as General Manager at Operadora Ferber. Sandra then moved to SNT Belgium in 2006, where they were promoted to Team Leader after 6 months. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Computer Futures, LLC. During this time, they also worked as a Freelance Writer and Coach/Trainer/Life Coach. In 2015, they co-founded Spiraling Up, where they were an Author and Content Manager. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Bitso, and from 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Project Manager at AutoGrow.co and a Customer Service Agent at 5CA. Currently, they are a Customer Service Specialist at WeTravel.

Sandra Scholman completed their International Business and Management Studies at Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Amsterdam (HES) from 2000 to 2005.
