Daniel Galan

Daniel Galan is an experienced professional in production and management, currently serving as Head of Production at Wetrok AG since December 2019. Responsibilities include personnel management, resource planning, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness, continuous improvement through KVP, process design and implementation using Lean methodologies, complaint management, and quality assurance. Prior to Wetrok AG, Daniel held various leadership roles at Hilti Group, Madag Printingsystems AG, and Gallus Ferd. Rueesch AG, focusing on team management, process development, and technical operations. Daniel holds multiple certifications in management and innovation from HWZ University as well as a diploma in technical management. Additional qualifications include internal auditing in quality management obtained from SQS in July 2022.
