Brian Smith

Brian Smith is currently the Managing Attorney in the Disability Practice at Wettermark Keith Personal Injury Lawyers, where Brian represents individuals in Social Security disability and VA disability claims. Prior to this, Brian served as a Disability Specialist at the State of Alabama, adjudicating numerous disability claims. Additionally, Smith has a background in public administration and criminal justice/political science, having obtained degrees from Troy University and Jacksonville State University, respectively. Brian also has experience serving on the Troy University MPA Advisory Board and working as a New Accounts Officer at All In Credit Union. Smith furthered their education by acquiring a J.D. from Birmingham School of Law.
