Charise Cercal has accumulated extensive experience in human resources and management since joining Wetzel S.A. in March 2013, where a career progression from Executive Secretary to Human Resources Manager has been achieved. Prior experience includes a role in human resources at ArcelorMittal Vega from June 2011 to March 2013. Charise's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Law from UniSociesc Centro Universitário, an MBA in Executive Management and Coaching from IBF, and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade from Universidade da Região de Joinville.
