Kathryn Sabanos

Kathryn Sabanos has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Product Manager at WeVideo since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at PlayPosit as a Product Owner and later as an Account Manager from August 2018 to June 2022.

Before transitioning into the tech industry, Kathryn had an extensive career in education. Kathryn served as the Director of English Language Development at University Preparatory Schools from July 2015 to June 2018, where they played a pivotal role in turning around a K-5 school and achieving notable academic growth. Kathryn also held various positions as a Dean of English Language Development at the same institution.

Kathryn's teaching experience includes working as a Teacher at Country Place Elementary from July 2013 to June 2015 and being a part of Teach For America's national teacher corps from July 2012 to June 2014. Kathryn was selected from a large pool of applicants to teach in under-resourced public schools and received intensive training to drive student achievement.
